INGREDIENTS:
Dry ingredients:
½ cup Pumpkin protein powder (or other but pumpkin has a sweeter taste)
½ cup Roasted sunflower seeds
¼ cup Hemp seeds
¼ cup Shredded coconut
30 g Raw cocoa powder or carob powder (or half/half)
½ teaspoon Sea salt
Optional : Cinnamon vanilla, turmeric & black pepper
Wet ingredients:
150 -180g whole fresh pitted dates (if dried, soak in a bit of water)
6 Tablespoons Tahin, almond butter or sunflower butter (natural and organic)
PREPARATION:
Combine all dry ingredients and mix
Combine wet ingredients in a food processor and mix.
Mix wet and dry ingredients
You can make balls or bars (approx. 40g each)
Can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 weeks or put in the freezer
